managed & simple
ExploreA fully custom Moodle theme — responsive, accessible, and built to Moodle coding standards so it survives every upgrade without a redesign.
Default Moodle looks like 2012. Your learners don't expect 2012 — they compare your platform to every polished SaaS they use. A custom theme removes the friction between your brand and your learning platform.
We build as Moodle child themes, so core updates apply cleanly and your design survives upgrades. And because we build Moodle plugins too, the theme and any custom functionality work together without visual breaks.
The first screen your learner sees. Branded login page, welcome flows, and SSO entry points — not the default Moodle splash screen.
Course cards, progress rings, recent activity, and upcoming deadlines — laid out for your learners, not for Moodle's defaults.
Custom course listings, category pages, and the course view itself — enrolment CTAs, module navigation, and sidebar layout all customised.
Quiz pages, assignment submission views, SCORM players, and forum threads — styled to match your brand rather than Moodle's defaults.
Custom admin panel styling, report dashboards, and management views — so the people running your platform see a coherent interface too.
Every screen works on phone and tablet. We test across device widths and use Moodle's Boost parent theme for reliable responsive foundations.
Pieces of the ETmantra stack that pair well with this.
No — we build as a child theme of Moodle's Boost parent theme. When core updates, your child theme inherits the changes cleanly and your customisations stay intact. We also test against upcoming Moodle releases before they go stable.
Yes. Send us your brand kit — colours, fonts, logo, any existing design assets — and we'll implement it faithfully. If you don't have a formal kit, we'll work from your website or materials and build a Moodle-specific visual language from that.
Yes. The core deliverable includes the learner dashboard, course catalogue, course view, and activity pages. Specific activity types (quizzes, assignments, forums) are included. Very specialised pages — like custom plugin views — may be scoped separately.
A standard branded theme takes 7–10 days after design sign-off. If you need a full design phase (we create the visual direction from scratch), add 4–5 days. We give a firm timeline on the discovery call once we've seen your requirements.
A quick form is all it takes. We’ll review your project and reach out within 24 hours to schedule a no-obligation discovery call.
