Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, and the control you have over your data.

LAST UPDATED · 4 June 2026

1. Introduction

ETmantra eLearning Solutions pvt ltd (“ETmantra”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, how we protect it, and the rights you have under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”) and other applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

  • Account information — your name and email address when you sign in.
  • Contact and enquiry information — details you submit through our contact or booking forms (name, email, phone, message, and any project details).
  • Transaction information — records of services you purchase or renew, amounts, and order references.
  • Usage information — basic analytics about how our free tools and pages are used, to improve them.

3. How we use your information

  • To provide, operate, and improve our products and services.
  • To process payments, issue confirmations, and manage renewals.
  • To send you service-related communications, including renewal reminders.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

4. Payment data

We use Razorpay and Stripe to process payments. When you pay, your card or bank details are entered on the payment partner’s secure, PCI-DSS-compliant systems — not ours. We do not see or store your full card number, CVV, or banking credentials. We only retain a payment reference, the amount, and the status of the transaction.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use a minimal set of cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function and to understand aggregate usage. We do not sell your personal data or use it for third-party advertising.

6. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us run our business, and only to the extent necessary. These include:

  • Payment processors — Razorpay and Stripe.
  • Infrastructure and database providers used to host the site and store account data securely.
  • Email delivery providers used to send confirmations and reminders.

7. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

8. Data security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and the principle of least privilege — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to raise a grievance. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

10. Children’s privacy

Our services are intended for educators and institutions, not for direct use by children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children without appropriate consent.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always appear on this page with the “Last updated” date.

12. Grievance & contact

For any privacy questions, data requests, or grievances, contact our grievance officer at [email protected]. Registered address: 7 - Panchvati, Shyam Nagar, Bodla Road, Shahganj, Agra - 282010.
