Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver digital services electronically — here’s how and when.

1. Digital services only

ETmantra eLearning Solutions pvt ltd provides digital products and services. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so no shipping charges apply and no physical delivery is involved.

2. How services are delivered

  • Account-based tools and AI tools — available immediately in your browser once you are signed in.
  • Educational Video Review — a calendar invite is sent shortly after booking; the written report and session recording are delivered to your email within 24 hours of the review call.
  • Managed hosting — initial setup is completed and access details are emailed to you, typically within 24–48 hours of order confirmation (migrations may take longer and are scheduled with you).
  • Custom development, design, and project work — delivered per the timeline agreed in your proposal, via email and/or a handover call.

3. Delivery confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation when a purchase is completed and again when the relevant service or deliverable is ready. Confirmations and deliverables are sent to the email address you provide at checkout, so please ensure it is correct.

4. Delays

If a delivery is delayed for any reason, we will keep you informed. If you have not received a confirmation or deliverable when expected, please check your spam folder and then contact us.
