1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services offered by ETmantra eLearning Solutions pvt ltd (“ETmantra”, “we”, “us”). By accessing our website, creating an account, or purchasing any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to purchase our services. If you are using our services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. Our services

ETmantra provides educational technology products and services, including (but not limited to) managed Moodle and WordPress hosting, plugin and theme development, web design, AI-assisted teacher tools, and paid advisory services such as the Educational Video Review.

Some tools are free to use; others are paid, one-time, or recurring. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for paid engagements are described on the relevant service page or in a separate written proposal.

5. Accounts

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

6. Fees and payment

Prices for paid services are displayed on the relevant page or quoted in a proposal, in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise. All prices are server-authoritative — the amount charged is the amount fixed by us, not any figure submitted by your browser.

Payments are processed by our payment partners, Razorpay and/or Stripe. By making a payment you also agree to the applicable payment partner’s terms. We do not store your full card or bank details on our servers.

7. Subscriptions and renewals

Hosting and other recurring services run for a fixed term (typically one year). We operate a manual-renewal model: we send you reminders before your renewal date, and you renew by making a one-time payment. We do not automatically charge a stored payment instrument unless you have explicitly opted in to auto-renewal. If a service is not renewed by its expiry date, it may be suspended or terminated.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on our website, and all software, designs, and materials we create as part of our own products, remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. For custom development and design engagements, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing; our pre-existing tools, frameworks, and libraries remain ours.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse our services, including by attempting to disrupt them, access them without authorisation, infringe others’ rights, or use them for any unlawful purpose.

11. Third-party services

Our services may rely on or integrate with third-party platforms (for example Razorpay, Stripe, Moodle, WordPress, and cloud infrastructure providers). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of third-party services.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ETmantra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ETmantra harmless from any claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our services.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Agra, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page with the “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
