Clear, service-by-service terms for cancellations and refunds.

This policy explains when and how you can cancel a service and request a refund from ETmantra eLearning Solutions pvt ltd. Because we offer different kinds of services — one-time advisory, recurring hosting, and custom projects — the terms vary by service type, as set out below.
Our one-time advisory services are paid for upfront. If we are unable to schedule and deliver your session within five (5) business days of your payment for reasons attributable to us, you are entitled to a full refund.
Once the session has been delivered (for example, the review call has taken place and/or the written report has been issued), the fee is non-refundable, as the service has been performed.
If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time and we will accommodate you wherever possible.
Managed hosting is provisioned and reserved for you as soon as your order is confirmed. New hosting subscriptions may be cancelled for a full refund within seven (7) days of initial activation, provided the service has not been substantially used (for example, no large migration has been completed).
Renewal payments extend an existing service for a further term and are non-refundable once the renewed term has begun, as the resources are reserved for that period. You may choose not to renew at any time — simply let the service lapse at its expiry date. We send reminders beforehand so a renewal is never a surprise.
Custom plugin development, theme development, and web design engagements are quoted per scope and typically billed in milestones. Amounts paid for work already completed or in progress are non-refundable. If a project is cancelled before completion, you will be billed for work done up to that point, and any remaining advance is refunded.
To request a refund or cancellation, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your order, including your name and order/payment reference. We will acknowledge your request within two (2) business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through our payment partner (Razorpay or Stripe). Once approved, refunds are typically credited within five to seven (5–7) business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we will always try to resolve it quickly and fairly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution.
