Do I need technical expertise to run Moodle with you?+

What are the recommended specs, and how many students can each plan handle?+
Starter suits up to ~500 learners, Growth up to ~5,000, and Enterprise scales to unlimited with dedicated resources. Moodle is database- and PHP-heavy, so we size RAM, CPU, and storage per plan and tune the stack (PHP-FPM, OPcache, Redis) for real classroom load rather than raw specs alone. Not sure which fits? How do you handle exam-day load spikes?+
We tune the server stack specifically for Moodle's quiz load patterns — PHP-FPM workers, OPcache, and database connection pooling are configured for peak concurrent users. For known exam events, we can pre-scale resources the day before so a full cohort sitting a quiz at once stays smooth.
Do you provide a GST invoice?+
Yes. Every plan is billed with a proper GST tax invoice, so your institution can claim input credit and keep clean records. Pricing is stated clearly with GST treatment shown — no surprise charges.
Moodle hosting vs MoodleCloud vs self-hosting — which should I choose?+
MoodleCloud is quick but limited (capped users, fewer plugins, no deep customisation). Self-hosting gives control but needs a full-time admin for updates, backups, and security. Managed hosting with us is the middle path: full Moodle freedom (any plugin, any theme) without the maintenance burden — we run the server, you own the platform.
What happens if my Moodle breaks after an update?+
