Can you migrate my existing Moodle?+
Yes — we handle the full migration: course data, user accounts, grades, enrolments, and plugin configurations. We test the migrated instance fully before the DNS cutover, so your learners see zero downtime.
Where exactly is the data hosted?+
On AWS Mumbai and/or Google Cloud Mumbai infrastructure. Your data stays within India, which satisfies DPDP compliance requirements for most Indian educational institutions. International region options are available on Enterprise plans.
How do you handle exam day load spikes?+
We tune the server stack specifically for Moodle's quiz load patterns — PHP-FPM workers, OPcache, and database connection pooling are all configured for peak concurrent users. For known exam events, we can pre-scale resources the day before.
What happens if my Moodle breaks after an update?+
We test all updates on a staging copy before applying to your live instance. If something still breaks post-update, our team restores from the pre-update backup immediately. You don't file a ticket with a generic hosting company — you message us on WhatsApp.
Can you host Moodle plugins we've had custom-built?+
