How does automatic enrollment work?

When a customer completes a purchase in WooCommerce, our API immediately triggers an enrollment action in Moodle. The student is granted access to their course the second their payment is processed.

What happens if a payment is refunded?

LMSnode automatically tracks order status changes. If an order is refunded or canceled in WooCommerce, the service can automatically unenroll the student from the Moodle course.

Can I sell course bundles?

Absolutely. You can link a single WooCommerce product to multiple courses across different Moodle sites. One purchase can enroll a student in an entire curriculum instantly.

What is the "Order Limit"?

Each plan has a monthly limit on the number of enrollments processed. For example, our Success plan allows up to 200 orders per month, which is perfect for growing tutors.

Yes. Every enrollment action is logged on the LMSnode dashboard. You can check the real-time status of any order to ensure students have been successfully enrolled in their courses.

Will this slow down my website?

Are WordPress and Moodle on the same server?

They do not have to be. LMSnode can bridge sites regardless of where they are hosted, as long as they are accessible via the internet.

What is "Validity Days"?
